Cancellation Policy

In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options to my customers, I do require a 72 hour notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit. Should you cancel your appointment with less than 72 hours notice, a cancellation fee of 50% of the service price is due prior to booking future appointments. Should you cancel your appointment with less than 72 hours notice and a deposit was collected prior to booking, it is understood that the deposit will no longer be applied to the service total. No shows and same day cancellations are subject to a fee of 100% of the service price prior to booking future appointments.
